Fulgora is one of the main protagonists of Ball Fondlers, and a recurring character in Rick and Morty. She is second-in-command of the Ball Fondlers, behind Attila Starwar.

Fulgora is a beautiful Amazon-like woman with an incredibly athletic build, and long red hair that extends beyond her waist. She wears a bluish-gray tiara with a deep blue gem in its center, a blue bra with golden cups, a light blue loincloth with a blue waistband, and blue high-heeled boots with diamond-shaped golden knee pads. On her back is a large sword, which she uses to decapitate her enemies.
