"Handy Hands" is a song that was sung in the episode "Raising Gazorpazorp." When Morty was raising Morty Jr., he turned on the TV to a children show where a man was singing this tune. Later in the episode, the song was sung again by Morty to calm Morty Jr. down, which succeeded, and also made him sing along.
The song is a parody of children's shows such as Hi-5 and The Wiggles which use bright colours, friendly hosts and present children with basic concepts about the world around them to develop their ability to learn, problem solve and use language. Rick and Morty deconstructs this by using a relatively dull backdrop and a host that resembles a stereotypical description of a paedophile to create laughter in the audience by presenting the absurdity of current children's shows...i sing that song to my 3month old son ryatt (riot is how you pronounce it) and ye his name is og and hella dope thank you...he loves this fucking song tho!!!
Children Show Host: Where's your hands?
There's your hands!
And that's how we play handy hands!
Morty: Where's your hands?
Morty Jr.: And that's how we play handy hands!
